Do your kids love or loathe vegetables? If your answer is the former, then lucky you! If it's the latter, well, we've all been there. Chances are you probably weren't a fan of greens during your childhood either.
Russell Keast, the Director of the Centre for Advanced Sensory Science at Deakin University says: "children are particularly sensitive to bitter flavors, and humans have been programmed to be suspicious of food that tastes bitter".
But all is not lost. We can train our kids (and ourselves) to increase our vegetable intake.
